- "Villa Mustique" is a luxury 4 bed/3 bath private villa, with its own pool and sun-deck overlooking beautiful woodland conservation.
The villa can be fully air conditioned or heated throughout, and for your added comfort, there are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and communal areas.
The property consists of two master bedrooms, with queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable T.V. Both of these rooms feature patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The remaining two bedrooms contain twin beds and share the large family bathroom.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, with all modern conveniences. A separate dining area features a table that seats six in comfort, and which is situated next to patio doors leading directly out to the pool area.
The living room provides a place for you to relax in comfort, and where you will find a 25" Cable T.V and a VCR. The sleeper sofa converts into a queen size bed if required.
The pool area and sun deck look toward a beautiful woodland conservation area. This provides a high degree of privacy as the pool area is not overlooked from behind at all. The superior pool furniture and complimentary gas BBQ will further help you to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that Florida is well-known for.
The exclusive, gated, community of "The Reserves at Town Center", creates a feeling of peace and tranquillity.
