- Our Kissimmee holiday villa is beautifully decorated and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This bright and attractive private pool home will meet you and your family's every need in the warm Florida sunshine of Rolling Hills.
Sleeping accommodation in our Kissimmee holiday villa comprises 2 master bedrooms, each with dressers, night-stands and lamps, radio/alarms, walk-in closets, cable TV's and a private en-suite bathroom. There are a further 2 bedrooms, each with 2 'twin' beds, night-stands & lamps, closet space, and a nearby family bathroom. Finally, there's a queen sleeper sofa provided in the lounge for extra guests.
The spacious lounge includes cable television and a VCR. There is also a fully equipped kitchen which includes a breakfast bar and a separate dining area in the great room. Washer / dryer facilities and linens / towels are provided. A twin garage will satisfy most family's transport requirements should you decide to hire a car and explore Rolling Hills and its surrounding areas.
The heated pool is a great place to relax and soak up the sun, or to splash around with the children and generally have fun, and features a large (fully screened) deck area which is not overlooked.

- Situated in the peaceful Rolling Hills area of Florida, the villa is only 3 miles (5 minutes by car) from Disney, so you and your family will be sure to beat the queues in the mornings! The same applies to Universal Studios and Sea World which are also only a fifteen minute drive away.
The numerous local golf courses, including the championship course at Disney, are within a few minutes drive. The nearest supermarket and bank are less than a mile away so you'll be able to maintain your cold drink supply for those warm days spent relaxing by the pool. - Directions
