- Our brand new spacious 2,750 square ft villa comfortably sleeps 12 and is available for rental all year round. It is professionally furnished and equipped to the highest standards; in short our luxurious villa has everything you need to experience the Florida lifestyle.
The spacious living room has a large cable TV, DVD player and stereo music system. We have the luxury of a separate family room (den) with its own TV and Playstation 2 to keep the children entertained. South west facing, the double patio doors give views over to woodlands and lead out to the fully screened 26ft x 15ft curved heatable pool. The pool has the added luxury of a large spa to aid relaxation after a busy day at the theme park. We have provided fibre optic lighting to make those evening swims extra special and create a magical ambience after dark. The extended pool deck has the benefit of the sun for most hours of the day and has luxury padded chairs and loungers. Sit out and enjoy a drink and the evening sunset under our covered lanai.
Accommodation comprises of a living room, dining room, separate family room, kitchen, breakfast nook, one king-sized, one queen-sized and three twin bedrooms – all with ample closet space. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite, with a fourth bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms. There is also a study area providing a PC with Internet access, recliner, library, books and games.
All doorways are sufficiently wide for wheelchair passage, but portable ramps to assist access and other necessary or desired equipment can be provided on request.
All bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are provided. For the children there is a Winnie-the-Pooh themed bedroom plus a selection of DVDs, games, pool toys and books.
With beautiful views across to woodlands, Disney and numerous other attractions nearby, this peaceful location is perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. We think you will agree this really is something special. - Tourist Attractions
