- Our villa is located in the Orange Groves of Westbury, providing an idyllic setting for your holiday.
Our home is waiting for you, the villa is fully air conditioned, and equipped with all modern amenities to make your stay as relaxing, and comfortable as possible.
The living area is open plan, with Cable TV, Playstation 2/DVD Player and a CD player for your use. There is also a small selection of board games to help you wind down after a busy day at the parks!
There is a formal dining area, for those family meals, reflecting on the day’s activities, or planning the events for the forthcoming day at breakfast.
To the rear of the villa, you will find a beautiful 28' x 14' pool, with a large deck area. Our villa is equipped with adequate sun loungers, for you to enjoy the Florida sun. All doors & windows to the pool area are alarmed for your peace of mind.
In the Garage we have installed a 4 in 1 Games Table for your children's enjoyment. This comprises of Foosball, Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Pool. There is also a CD Player to allow them to listen to their music whilst they play. - Other facilities

- We are located on a small development just off US-27, and only 1 ½ miles from the I-4. Disney Maingates are only 12 minutes by car, and Universal Studios 25 minutes. If you are looking for time at the beach, then you have the choice of either the Gulf coast area of Clearwater, or the Atlantic coast and the infamous Cocoa beach, both only 90 minutes.
