- The Duchess Suite is a quality 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom self-contained, air-conditioned apartment in a hotel style complex of apartment accommodation in Hay Street in Perth. Just a short walk to the Central Business District and on the free city bus route.
Totally self contained (including linen and towels) with a heated swimming pool and gym in complex. Secure, under-cover, car-parking is available at no charge.
The floorplan is ideal for families with one queen bed in the master bedroom, and two single beds in the other bedroom, providing generous accommodation for 4 adults. If required we can put up a large folding bed and a cot at no extra charge.
The 15 metre outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by timber decking outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing dip or some serious laps! Heated to a lovely 23 degrees in Winter and refreshingly cool in Summer the pool can be enjoyed year-round. The swimming pool area contains an additional shower and toilet.
The apartment offers a modern, tastefully decorated bathroom featuring a vanity and cupboard and either a shower or combination bath/shower. .
The bathroom incorporates its own mini-laundry complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer
Towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are provided but maid service is available, on request, for a small additional charge.
The bedrooms are separate to the main living/dining area and feature reading lamps, side table and a built in or walk in robe.
All the beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers which are washed after every guest stay.
A 2 minute walk to the Queens Gardens on the corner of Hay and Plain Street. This park is one of Perth's prettiest gardens. Enjoy the water lily-filled lakes, the beautiful flower displays or just the tranquility! The splendid gardens incorporate small lakes and bridges.
