- The house is beautifully furnished and maintained. The lounge has a 3-piece leather suite, a flat screen television (connected to cable), DVD, VCR and a radio/cassette/CD player. The VCR & DVD use the American NTSC system not PAL as in the UK. The lounge, dining room and kitchen area have all been tiled to ensure that they always look immaculate. There is the space and convenience of your own home and the benefits of a private pool.
The master suite has a King size canopy bed (over 6 foot wide), television/DVD player, dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers washbasins. There is a queen(5 foot wide) bedroom with TV and 2 twin bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. A full compliment of linen and towels are provided. There is a bathroom upstairs.
The kitchen has a full size cooker and dishwasher, a microwave, fridge/ freezer with icemaker, crockery and cutlery for 8.
There is air-conditioning throughout. A washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.
The garage accommodates 2 cars.

- The house is based in a residential area of Kissimmee just off the 192. It is one of the closest developments to Walt Disney World® saving you travel time, tolls and petrol. We are close to the Interstate 4 for access to the Gulf coast and to the 417 Florida Greeneway, which gives access to Orlando International Airport and the Beeline Express to the Space coast. A range of shopping facilities and golf courses are only a few minutes drive away.
