- From Orlando International take the north exit on to the Beeline Expressway (the 528) heading west. Continue to the end of the expressway and take I-4 west to Tampa. Take exit 58, the ChampionsGate exit. Drive through ChampionsGate along ChampionsGate Boulevard, past McDonalds and Publix. Cross over the lights at Masters Boulevard and at the end of the road turn right on to County Road 54. After 1.2 miles turn left (Mayfair Boulevard), then left again into Sanctuary. Turn left after you pass through the gates. Our house is 452 Balmoral Drive on the right.
