Just a short 5 minute walk to Central Business District and also on the free city bus route. This apartment has a generous internal area of 98 m2 and 9 m2 of balcony.
This apartment is located in the complex next to the Duke's Apartment complex, making them convenient for families needing two 3 bedroom apartments.
The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom, one double bed with a single bunk above in the second bedroom, and two singles in the third bedroom, providing generous accommodation for 7 adults. A cot can be put up if required. All the beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers which are washed after every guest stay.
The accommodation is totally self contained (including linen and towels) with a long lap style swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and bar-b-que set in a tropical setting of waterfalls and palm trees. The swimming pool area contains an additional shower, toilet and communal lounge.
